Ms Marvel is one of the many shows coming to Disney+ This year from the MCU and in the short time Kamala Khan has been in the comics, she has become a wildey popular character and a role model young girls for how to use diversity to have great storytelling. I am personally very excited for the show. I even help run the show's unofficial subreddit r/MsMarvelShow. Other than Canadian Iman Vellani playing Kamala herself (Canada represent!) and a few other castings, not much is known. That is, until now!
Big Screen Leaks is proud to announce that Fawad Khan has been cast in Ms Marvel as a Red Dagger. The news comes from sources who reported the end of filming days before outlets such as Variety and a trusted source close to the casting director. This is the third Red Dagger announcement we have heard since the show's production started in November. I am very excited for our first images and a potential first trailer coming soon now that production wrapped a little over a month ago.
Ms Marvel is scheduled for a Q3-Q4 release date on Disney+.
