Not a good look for Netflix.
After one season and negative reviews, Jupiter's Legacy was cancelled. Having seen it, it's sadly a no brainer. Netflix didn't do the characters justice whatsoever.
What was likely the final nail in the coffin was its budget. Thanks to DiscussingFilm, we have learnt that Netflix spent over $200 million dollars. To put that into perspective, this was the same cost for 2004's Spider-Man 2 and twice the budget of season 1 of The Mandalorian. Netflix is clearly ashamed of this as they are attempting to shove it under the rug to make way for the new show from Mark Millar, Supercrooks.
Jupiter's Legacy is out and available to stream on Netflix.
